Indication for Abhyang:

    • Oil Application: Warm herbal oil is applied to the entire body using long, smooth strokes and circular motions. The massage typically starts from the extremities and moves toward the center of the body.
    • Massage Technique: The massage is performed with rhythmic pressure, focusing on areas of tension or discomfort. Techniques include kneading, tapping, and stretching.
    • Duration: The duration of the massage varies but typically lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the individual’s needs and comfort level.
  • Post-Treatment Care:

    • Rest and Relaxation: After the massage, the patient is advised to rest and allow the oil to be absorbed by the skin.
