In Ayurveda, diagnosis involves a detailed examination of the patient’s lifestyle, diet, and medical history, along with a physical examination of the affected joints. Pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha) is used to assess the imbalance in the doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha).
